1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all products, applications, websites, and APIs operated by SwiftQuantum Technologies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us", "SwiftQuantum"). Please read them carefully — by creating an account or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. By accessing or using SwiftQuantum, QuantumNative, Q-Bridge, QuantumCareer, Q-Alpha, Q-Shield Sentinel, Q-Logos, and Q-Bio Genesis applications (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

3.1 Account Creation

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Keeping your contact information up to date

4.1 Plans and Prices

Plans, prices, and included features differ by product and by platform (App Store or web), and change over time. We therefore do not list prices in these Terms. Current plans are shown on each product's pricing page:

The binding price is the one shown when you buy: in the App Store purchase sheet for in-app subscriptions, or at web checkout. Local currency and taxes are applied under the rules of the platform you buy through. Some plans, such as Enterprise plans, are available only under a separate written agreement.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store (in-app) or our secure web checkout (Stripe)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions in your device's account settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies
• Price changes will be notified in advance

4.3 Free Trials

We do not promise a free trial. If a free trial or other introductory offer is shown when you buy, its length and conditions are those shown at that point, and for App Store purchases Apple's terms for introductory offers apply. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews at the price shown.

4.4 Fair Use Limits & Subscription Tiers

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our applications
• Abuse quantum hardware resources or circumvent usage limits
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our educational content
• Use automated scripts or bots to access our Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Harass, abuse, or harm others through our Services
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate others or provide false information

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, branding, and technology of our Services are owned by SwiftQuantum and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your user-generated content, including:

• Quantum circuits and experiments you create
• Learning notes and annotations
• Career portfolios and resumes

By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation to compensate you.

• Right to Delete: Request deletion of your chat history anytime.
• Right to Know: Request what data we hold about you.
• Right to Export: Download your data in JSON/CSV format.

You have the right to apply without discrimination (gender, race, age, etc.). If you experience discrimination, report to support@swiftquantum.tech and your government employment agency (EEOC in US, etc.).

10.3 Liability Limitations

SwiftQuantum is NOT liable for inaccurate job postings, fraudulent employers, salary discrepancies, employer discrimination, your hiring outcome, or scams by employers.

Q-Logos can import orders you share from delivery apps or upload as CSV. It does not connect directly to gig platforms. SwiftQuantum is not responsible for the accuracy of data you import.

14. Q-Bio Genesis Drug Side-Effect Prediction Platform

14.1 Research Use Only (RUO) Classification

Q-Bio Genesis outputs are classified as Research Use Only (RUO). They are intended solely for pre-clinical research, academic study, and computational exploration. They must NOT be used for clinical decision-making, patient treatment, or regulatory submissions without independent validation.

Our Services are NOT available in the following countries/regions due to regulatory, sanctions, or data localization requirements:

Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Quantum simulations will be perfectly accurate
• Learning content will lead to specific outcomes or employment
• AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any purpose
• Quantum hardware will be available or perform as expected
• Q-Alpha financial signals or risk assessments will be accurate or profitable

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SwiftQuantum shall NOT be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our Services
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwiftQuantum from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your user-generated content

19. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time through app settings or by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately
• You may request export of your data before termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

21. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their personal jurisdiction.

22. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through:

• In-app notifications
• Email for significant changes
• Updated "Last modified" date

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
